Very Poor Service

Firstly I'd like to say, your personal loans department has the most pathetic and atrocious service I have ever experienced in my life!
I have called the personal loans department twice over the last 2 months and tried to change my personal loans debit order date from the 25th to the 31st and both times I get told that I have to go into a branch to change the debit order date, and so I have done it twice at an ABSA branch, and at 2 different branches as well, and guess what, both times it has not been done, really, is the incompetence level of the personal loans department so bad that they cannot even get it right to change a simple debit order date? my debit order has now gone off a 3rd time on today the 25/10/2013 and so once again I call the loans department and all of a sudden the story changes and get told "yes you can change it over the phone, just not today, call back on the 1st of November and we will change it for you", so now come month end I am going to be charged overdraft fees on my account because of ABSA's incompetence.
At this point I am seriously looking at changing banks as I am sick and tired of the poor service I have received time and time again.
