I have no words anymore... Discovery has got the worst customer service ever!
This is now the 8th week that my car is in for repairs! I still have to phone in to get feedback after it was the repairs were supposed to take 8 days now it ended up being 8 weeks!!!
I have copied in the complains department many times on emails and I have sent messages via Hello Peter many times but not once did I even get a call back from Discovery to try and find out what I am unhappy with!
I am paying for a car and insurance that I don't have! I am having to put petrol in my car out of my pocket as I cant use my petrol card on another vehicle! I am having to make all these sacrifices which I find highly unacceptable!
Now I have to wait because after my accident there was no crack on my windscreen and when I went to look at my car on Friday, there was a big crack all over my windscreen with dents on my bonnet... WOW!!!
Very disappointed...
