I have emailed about 5 times regarding this, phoned several times and even been phoned twice regarding a solution to this and still this has not been resolved.
I started a Motor claim at the start of September. It involved panel beating and a new windscreen.
The panelbeating was done at Renew-it in Edenvale who did a superb job, but Discovery never supplied them with the replacement windscreen.
When I got my car back 10 September I phoned Discovery to ask where my new windscreen is, as I had already paid the excess. They said Glassfit would call me and replace it at my office. a few weeks passed and still nothing so I emailed Discovery a few times asking what is going on.
I was again phoned and told they would come fix it at my office. Still nothing. This is the most pathetic claims service I have received ever. I wish I could go back to Virgin Money Insurance, but due to the claim my premium would be too high.
Please sort this out now!
