My car was their yesterday for a service and I was enticed to have my three windscreen chips repaired as well
2 were small windscreen chips and one was a star
The star and the one small chip was fixed very well
However the one chip which was very small now has a crack attached to it which wasn't the case when I brought the car to you yesterday. (A two-three cm crack)
I had not noticed it until this morning when I removed those stickers
This is unacceptable
I'm sure Clearwater BMW themselves wouldn't agree to fill such a crack thus it only happened post the fill-up process or during the process and no one let me know about this, this is ridiculous
Now Adelone or whoever from Star whatever??? wants me to bring the car in for a quality check to assess if I'm lying, very professional I tell you, aren't Clearwater BMW suppose to do the checks and be professional themselves or atleast make sure that the contractors they use do generate more money for themselves are also professional
I work in Carletonville, its such a hassle bringing in the car again to come and have it checked, what about the waste of time and petrol that I now have to spend on to bring the car in.
