Tired of phoning the call centre

I have been trying to register a claim for a crack in my windshield for three days, and phone the call centre several times a day. I have been on hold for a cumulative time of at least an hour and a half, and no one has ever called me back as they said they would. There seems to be some problem between DQ track and Discovery in terms of them inspecting my car... which I don't feel is my problem. I would like this resolved and would like to repair this tiny crack before it gets bigger and I have to replace the entire windscreen. However, I feel I am being completely ignored, despite my loyalty as a customer and the very high fees I pay for my insurance. Absolutely fed up!
