I applied for a loan in 2011 wher they at the branch in arcadia gave me a siver card This card i use up untill i went to the branch at church square where i was told that i can migrate to a gold card. this card i recieved on 23 oct 2012. Now the problem starts. the gold card that i recieved never cancelled the silver card. i went to almost al the branches in pretoria to query this. then it was realise that there were two cards active now. at church square i was assited by thandi seemela who tried to resolve the issue. the issue is that i now have two active cards and an arrears amoutn of R222-06, of which i could not have been at fault.

We called Chritina Magagula at branch support dept who could not assit with the query and gave us a no at colloction dept where we spoke to milicent Riba who said that she cannot assist and gave us the no for client service dept whre we spoke to lerato Fakude who was very rude in her approach to assist us. She did not even attempt to help and said we should call card service again as she cannot help.

So we called card service but could not get through. I think ur client service stink. why do u employ people that cant work with our client.
