My ex-husband did not honour or decree of divorce to take over our home loan and take full ownership of the property. 5 years later, he is not paying the bond and Standard Bank wants their money from me. He is in proces to get sequestrated and I am trying to resolve the matter. Now I am prepared to take over the property - in order to not get in financial trouble myself and to make sure Standard Bank gets their money!! Between Home Loans, Legal Department, EasySell and the Key West Branch (and attorneys!), I am spending hours of my time to get closer to an solution. I even called the Complaint Resolution Centre, but although I can hear my call being transferred (I can hear people talking in the background), my call got dropped twice today. My complaint via their website on 10 January was answered with an sms to confirm the reference number, but still no other response. Karen van den Berg at Key West Branch, Shanil Boodhoo at EasySell, and Charles at Home Loans, were friendly and tried to help me, but still, I'm no closer to a resolution. Does Standard Bank want their money??? Then can someone please assist me urgently??
