I've been with MiWay for a long time.
My new boss pays me too late, so my debit didn't go off. I received an sms about a future date. I sent an email a few days before said date to the consultant who usually assists me AND to the info address, asking if a double debit could rather be taken at the end of the month, that the date be moved to the 3rd instead of the 1st, because I get paid late often, and to explain why my policy document and premium didn't agree.. The bounced debits have cost me this month.
Not a word.
Friday came and went.
Today - no 10 minutes ago, I receive a call from Zama to tell me that:
1) I have no cover at present
2) I must now take my car to Glassfit to be assessed again or else it won't be covered at the end of the month???
3) Apparently the premium went up when I added my iPhone - but I wasn't informed.
WHY?
Did a debit go off my account, regardless, and bounce?
Has MiWay become so complacent that they now feel it's fine to treat their clients as they please?
I am VERY unhappy. This is NOT how you treat the clients who have remained loyal.
