My premium was changed from R1028.30 that we agreed on to R1591.00 without my concern. I only called early this month to check if its possible to change my debit order from the 26th to the last day of the month. I was told the will be two debit orders going off should I change my date. I then decided to live it to the 26th. The consultant did not inform me of any premium changes. When I call them today to check why they didn't make the debit order on the 26th The consultant told me the request was only sent yesterday of R1591.00. I am not happy with this because it will negatively affect my debit orders and the attitude I received from the consultant was not nice at all. She just made me more frustrated. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. my policy number is 23368188. I would like to cancel the policy. Please.
