I received an SMS late today informing me that you will be debiting my account early (20 December instead of the end of the month), to ensure that I remain covered. While some clients may get paid early in December, I do not. The debit has not gone through due to insufficient funds - BECAUSE I ONLY GET PAID AT THE END OF THE MONTH... Now I also have an insufficient fund transaction to pay. This is absolutely unacceptable! Please refrain from taking any further unilateral decisions about changes of debit dates on my account.
