So disappointed at Miway's call centre agent, Hugo

I am so disappointed at the service i got from Miway earlier this afternoon. I called in to enquire about why my premium had been fluctuating for the past 2-3months when it was only supposed to change once in Dec. I spoke to this obnoxious calla centre agent called Hugo. I've never gotten such bad attitude from any call centre. I asked him why MiWay isn't informing the client when the premium goes up or when there's a technical problem affecting premiums, he asked why I didn't inform MIWay when they debited me less than what they usually debit. Not that I have to justify his rude question but I had just negotiated a lower premium 2mnths prior to that so i didnt see a problem with the premium dropping until this month when I was debited more than our agreement. But anyways a lot of rude remarks were made by him and when I asked to speak to the manager he told me they are all in a meeting. I've been a loyal MiWay client since 2010 and this is the first time Im actually contemplating leaving. If this imbecile carries on, more clients will surely leave.

This was unbelievably unprofessional and complacent of him.
I'm truly disappointed & will never again spread a good word about MiWay.
