Bad service coupled with very bad attitude

We arrived at FNB Kokstad with my colleague to cash a cheque and we were following one another in the queue but we were told to wait since some kind of authorization needs to be done. We waited for about 30 minutes before we went and asked from the teller how long will we have to wait and what is this authorization about and with a very bad attitude she told us that they need to phone the account holder from the cheques and she does not know how long it will take. We decided to call the account holder ourselves and to our surprise he told us no one called him to verify anything and we asked him to call FNB and ask for this Nondumiso and he was told she is busy with the clients she can not take any calls while all the she was happily chatting on the phone. She then called us to come at last and instead of serving us she counted bags and bags of coins without even explaining or apologizing, we stood for about 5 minutes infront of her and altogether it took about 2 hours to just cash a cheque so much for 'How can we help you'
