How can Virgin money a registered credit provider not work in accordance of the NCA? Recently Standard Bank buggered up on experian and Transunion by triplicating my one credit account. Which had the effect of nearly doubling my balance exposure. Now the problem has been attended to by Standard Bank, I also have a letter confirming this. According to the NCA if information on the credit bureaus are wrongly reflected and proof is given of this, those details are to be disregarded. How can Virgin money not take this into consideration and decline me because of too many store cards?! I have a total of 3... My disposable income after debt and expenses exceeds the recommendations and minimums. What I cannot understand is that I have given proof with my application of this Standard Bank problem, but still it is not taken into consideration?! I have a credit score of 810. Give me a proper answer! Not your generic robot answers!
