We have opened a business account at fnb florida road. we told the consultant which package we wanted to be on. we loaded on the wrong package and was charged for all transactions. it went on for two months and i spoke to him telephonically and he said he will send threw a reversal. its been now the start of the new banking month and nothing has been done. the amount is quite substantional. i have no reply which i asked for since then. i am a pleasant and a peoples person. but i am really irate with the level of service. i still am in the dark and hoping that hello peter can solve my complaint. it cost me money with calls and query but i have no joy... my dilema is now three months
