I first complained in DECEMBER 2012 about deduction for insurance on my car WHEN I ALREADY HAVE COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE.. and then phoned, e-mailed, phoned, e-mailed, e-mailed, e-mailed with NO RESPONSE!! We spoke to Letitia at the call centre and we RE-e-mailed the documents on the 7th of March @ 11.33am. No feedback. We followed on on the 3rd Of May with another email and then again on the 16th of May.. no feedback. All this and they are to this date, STILL deducting.
I think its disgusting and unacceptable. That is why I will Never in my life recommend Absa for any type of
finance. Their service is non-existing.
