I have been trying to open an FNB account for some time now, i finally was told that my gold check card was at my branch and went in today to collect it, i waited 40 minuets to be helped since there were only one teller whom helped people who came in after me. once i got to sit with her she informed me that FNB will not accept my proof of residence because here scanner could not scan my document correctly.
