No response to my query

In October 2010 I applied to have a policy I had with Metropolitan made paid up, documtation to that effect was sent to Metropolitan during October 2010. I was advised that payment would be made to me in January 2013. I called Metropolitan on 9 January 2013 enquiring about my money only to be told that, although my documents were received by them during October 2010, my instruction was never carried out. I was given reference number 0022016112. The gentleman I spoke to assured me he would revert to me once he gets feedback from head office. Todate I am still awaiting feedback. All i need is for Metropolitan to pay me my money.
