CAN'T I USE MY ACCOUNT - AGAIN!!!

I lost my card. Simple enough to report it lost and get a new one. You'd think...
I opened my account at the bank through the call center. Who told me that because I am on their system as my maiden name, I have to open an account under my maiden name. The call center ASSURED me this would not be a problem as my ID no hasn't changed even if my surname has. They were wrong. When I collected my card and finished opening my account I submitted proof of residence. This has caused issues as the lease is on the name in my ID book. Even though every time I've taken my lease in to re-submit proof of residence it has been ACCEPTED.This came to a head now when trying to collect my new card. The bank manager of the Melville Branch explained the situation re the different surnames and it was agreed that I will go get a divorce certificate on Tuesday and submit it to the branch. Then there was a problem with resetting my pin. This morning I went to the shops. No problem. This afternoon I go put in petrol and suddenly I can't swipe or draw cash? FNB the words I want to use to you are not fit for a public forum. Fix this and get back to me. I refuse to be money-less for YOUR mistakes.
