Worst banking service I've ever had

Firstly, when I opened my account the teller forgot to order me a card, how does that work?? I had to order my card and go back in to collect it. This was on the 3rd of December. When i was waiting for my salary to be paid at the end of Jan was a problem with my account. They had closed my account due to it not being active for 3 months, even though it was not even open for 3 months. They could have saved me the inconveniance had they just informed me they were going to close my account down. I sat on the phone for hours with people who had no idea what they were talking about, but was eventually told to come in to the branch where the problem would be rectified. I went in to the branch over the weekend, they re-opened my account with immediate effect and I thought FNB had eventually sorted out the problem. I had to pay 2 months bank charges (not 3) to re-open my account. which the teller said would clear what i owed. Today I checked my account, my salary was repaid into my account (my bank charges that I had to pay weren't cleared but rather deducted, so the teller to whom I gave the money to clearly had a nice lunch) my card once again had an error and so here I sit with no car.
