Wasting Time and Money

I am so disappointed in FNB, I have been praising them for two years - now I see why people are so unhappy with them. I apparently applied for a Petrocard about two months ago - I have not received anything yet. I have queried this repeatedly. I phoned today and the incompetent impatient person who answered the phone after I've been holding for ages on my cellphone put me through to Roadside assist for some reason- the person who answered then- didn't even give me time to talk and immediately put me through back to where I started. HOW DO I JUST CANCEL THIS CARD??? I want life to be easier, not harder!
