I called the franchise on s Friday night to place an order. Nobody who answered the phone knew how to take orders which I found to be stupid because almost all calls coming in are for deliveries and paving orders on all times I caked I was left waiting for a long time and eventually the phone was dropped whilst I waited and the people who picked up were very unfriendly. I suggest that they be more organized and ensure that the person who answered the phone isn't an incompetent person who wastes time and money
