Roadside assistance cancelation

I took out the roadside assistance product on my cheque card for which I am being charged R5 a month for, I now have a Petro card that automatically comes with roadside assistance and would like to cancel the roadside assistance on the cheque card. I started out by calling the support number which I received via sms 0800 00 4646 the operator could not help with my enquiry and tried to transfer me to the correct department but the phone just got cut off, I then phoned the direct number for cheque accounts 087 575 9404 and ended up at telephone banking and yet again the operator could not help me and redirected me back to the first number I phoned and it was a case of rinse and repeat, same thing could not help me redirected me and the phone just went dead again.

I could try to send FNB an email but my previous experience is also bad, they tend to only respond a week or two weeks after the email and in the mean while I get charged for a service I do not want or need.
