I very recently switch over from Absa to Investec.
As expected I found my banking experience improve overnight.
The dial turning from slightly irritated up to thoroughly impressed.
The professional and well articulated people at the call centre left me astounded.
My first call centre contact was Mr Kamohelo Tleketle. Great first impression he gave me of the quality of Investec's employees.
For the first time in my life I had a good call centre experience, after hours, no less.
Also the courier service they used were superior to most I've used personally.
Generally a great first impression.
