Very average service

I'm really unimpressed with the service received from Investec Asset management so far.
Investec spend a lot of money on marketing to promote Investec as being an elite bank but so far all I see is a very average bank.
I made a deposit to open a fund and four days later am still waiting for formal confirmation. When phoning the call centre all I got was blame shifting to another bank.
Come on Investec, get your act together and don't let the reputation on the brand fall to the level of the other third rate banks out there.
