I was initially horrified when Investec changed its online banking website. The site was slow and extremely cumbersome. Made my opinions public with a tweet about it. Have been delighted by the resopnse on two counts:
1) My tweet was responded to within minutes. Good to see Investec is watching the twittersphere.
2) Went back onto the site today and good as its word, Investec's site is superfast.
It still looks a bit too close to Standard Bank for my liking but guess will get used to the layout (being human take time to adjust to change).
