I have recently had a number of reasons to interact with the Investec call centre. On each occasion I have dealt with professional, friendly and incredibly helpful staff.
Today I had to call FNB's call centre and it was just the most incredibly bad experience. The agents are disinterested, unprofessional and largely incompetent. I am very grateful that I do not have to deal with FNB or any other bank in SA other than Investec.
Thank you for making some of our personal admin a far more pleasant experience.
