Move my banking backward!

I have now been waiting 2 months for an answer on facilities at your bank!! How do you expect a business to move forward with service such as this! First you up my credit profile with triplicating a personal credit card. How do you do business? If I had to do business like this I would have been bank already! I want an answer yesterday! Think I have been patient enough, and jumped through enough hoops! DO NOT TAKE IT OUT ON MY RELATIONSHIP MANAGER AS IT NOT HER KEEPING UP THE PROCESS!
