I have been a discovery medical aid member for a while, and as iv gone along iv joined vitality and most recently a discovery credit card to go with all the vitality benefits (currently on gold status, about to go to platinum), this appears to have been a mistake:
- still waiting for my cash back for my contiki purchase (the payment was cleared to be payed to me on the 26th of July already, still waiting, every time i phone i get told that they will investigate... no one comes back to me)
- purchased sunglasses from sunglass hut (also a promo where im supposed to get 20% back, they paid back less than that, and guess what, no one know why itl have to be investigated again...)
im not asking for anything above what was promised by discovery, can someone please contact me ASAP so that i can get this resolved, as this has left a bad taste after what has always been awesome service from the discovery group.
