Hello, my name is Kyle Osborne.

I joined Budget insurance in 2012. I was involved in an accident where another driver smashed into me, and my car was written off. The driver however would not admit guilt. As a result, my membership with budget was cancelled because i was insured for third party, fire and. Budget then referred me to their legal department for the recovery of funds to replace my vehicle, and the claim was to be made against the drivers insurers. The incident happened in May of this year, and is still to be resolved. Not having a vehicle for seven months has affected my ability to get to work, and is placing severe strain on the relationship between my employer and I, to the point where i am close to being fired. I have phoned the legal department countless times for feedback, only to have my call not answered, or to be given excuse after excuse. I am at the point of giving up as i really do not know what to do from here. I have given them everything they asked for.

I am desperate.
