Called nedbankgreenbacks after realizing 2months later my greenbacks were still not converted into sun rands, I call and was given attitude by this agent! As usual nedbank is always on the top of the list with pathetic service, you'll better get this sorted as I spoke to tsogosun un contact centre and was advised you guys need to convert the greenbacks correctly! How pathetic you can't complete a simple task!
