On the 24/08/2012 on a Friday was the last I used my atm card at steers in Florida Goldman Crossing where I live, on the 25/08/2012 we all attended my daughters school function, at about 4:30 I went to put petrol in and my card was declined, my husband also tried to withdraw as he has a secound card but was also declined, I then got a sms that R2700.00 was withdrawn from my account this was at 06:00 we stop my card immediately with the bank, I mad a case with all the ref no. and done all the nesciary documents at the bank and cancelled my card but it is still active and I still have my card with me, the withdrawill took place at Southdale PNP and we where not near by at the time I have sent in all my documents to the ombudsman (Dimakatso Mangena
Adjudicator) and had no joy I resent my documents and they keep sending me the same responce all I need is my refund as I had to make a loan to pay my rent and buy my husbands medication as he is very sick please help me with this regards all I want is my refund with interest thanks.
