LOOKED LIKE A FOOL WITH CARD AND 3 TIME BILLING

GOOD DAY

I AM A NEW CUSTOMER AT ABSA, I ALREADY HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

FIRST PROBLEM: I TRIED TO USE MY CARD TO FILL UP MY CAR AND THEN MY CARD GOT DECLINED AND HAVE NO CASH, WENT TO WITHDRAW MONEY TO PAY AND THEN AGAIN MY CARD WAS DECLINED.

WENT TO THE BANK THE NEXT DAY AND THEY SAID THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED.

THREE DAYS LATER I TRIED TO BUY SOMETHING ON MY CARD, BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THE BANK MY CARD WAS FIXED AND AGAIN IT WAS DECLINED AND STILL DID NOT HAVE CASH.

WENT TO THE BANK AGAIN AND THEY SAID ONCE AGAIN TO ME THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED.

I WENT BACK TO THE SHOP TO PAY WITH MY CARD AND AGAIN IT WAS DECLINED.

I WENT BACK TO BANK ONCE AGAIN AND GAVE ME A NEW CARD AFTER ALL THE PROBLEMS I ALREADY HAD WITH MY FIRST CARD.

THEN I WITHDRAW CASH WITH MY NEW CARD AND WENT BACK TO THE SHOP TO PAY THEM WITH CASH.

THAT PROBLEM IS SORTED AFTER ANOTHER TWO DECLINES ON MY NEW CARD.

SECOND PROBLEM: I TOOK OUT A FUNERAL POLICY WITH THEM FOR ME AND MY MOTHER, YESTERDAY WHEN MY DEBIT ORDERS WENT OFF THEY BILLED ME THREE TIMES, STILL NEED TO GO TO THE BANK TO FIX IT, BUT TAKES TIME. IT IS MY FIRST MONTH AND HAVE ALREADY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
