My policy has reached a maturity date and on the 04th April i made contact with you requesting to leave it for another year without paying and withdrawing part of the money which was handled well but now the thing that upset me is that at first i supplied all documents requested that is bank statement, Id copy and completed a matuarity form which i thought am done, i spoke to a consultant who assisted me to complete the form telephonically and he never mentioned that i must complete section 6 and 7 now i am told to do that which i found it really unprofessional, this will course the delay in getting my money and i made sure i did what i was requested to do now i have been sent from pillar to post, can someone call me and assist me and tell me what is actuaally needed. Awaiting your quick response.
