On the 19/03 I called the MTN helpline to request that my phone be blacklisted as it had been. As this was previously a company phone, i was informed the company needed to complete some documents and was sent these documents to complete. These completed documents were then email to the mtn business email address on the 19.03. Only TODAY, 03/04 did I finally receive a response from MTN business, this too to tell me a different form needs to be completed and the form was attached. NO MENTION was made as to whether I needed to complete the form or the company. When trying to reply to the email, it goes right back to the centralised mailbox. How is one suppose to have any continuity?? It is now two weeks later and some is still merrily using MY phone because of the useless service by MTN.
