Most willing attitude

I called in to clarify a few details on my policy only to find that I was sent the initial schedule before the changes I requested was made. I furthermore requested for a cession form to sudmitt to my mortage company in order to have my life policy ceeded to them.

Johannes went out of his way by reconfirming all the changes I requested, immediately sending through an amended schedule and going from pillar to post to get me the cession forms. He was fast, efficient and extremely clued up and truly an asset to 1Life.
