I agreed with the bank to deduct or make a stop order on the last day of the month, every festive seasons i have a big problem with them even if there is holidays before the month end.
they deduct money in my bank account on there day and they found me withound funds or isuffucient funds in my account, if it bounce back it charge me lot of money, in 2011 december they did it more than 3times and it cost me more than R60 and last they did it again it costs me more tha R60 again, i cant remember the holiday during last year they did it again for three times, i wanted to know which part they dont understand, because i told them i am getting paid at the end of the month... and i want my money back.
