Failing to do a debit orde

To whom it may concern...

Few months back I received an SMS saying that if I don't bring my African Back up to date there will be a court order summons on to my name. I called the help line, to ask why all this? They said I missed a month payment in 2011.

What I don't understand is that African Bank on every month phoned me to tell me... we thank you for your payment. I ask if my account is up to date, they would say yes. Never that they said I had an outstanding amount. Only after nearly a year they sent that SMS. The one consultant said that I agreed to pay every month, I told her that the African Bank agreed to debit from my account every month, she had nothing to say.

What's is more frustrating is that every time u speak to a different person and you need to explain yourself over and over again!

After so many calls at my own expenses I have still have no answer and the matter is still on-going, because African bank is incapable to sort this out the problem. I wanted to by a vehicle but I was rejected as because of this matter.

African bank please get your facts write.
