To whom this may concern
The head office of Outsurance in centurion is situated in a residential area. Unluckily, I am one of the poor soles living in this areas. For about 2-3 years prior to the current events, Outsurance conducted construction work from early morning to late nights and some days even without stop. I managed to speak with the developing manager of Outsurance whereafter on most (note: not all) nights the noise was stopped at 21h00 as agreed verbally. I however had to contact them personally after 22h00 on various occasions. They disregarded the surrounding community at every step.
Currently, they installed a lovely new alarm system which seems not to be functioning properly. The alarm seems to go off every now and again about 3 - 4 times weekly, once again, mostly at night. Does Outsurance not have the finance to request assistance from a professional in this regard? Or does Outsurance not care as soon as their staff leaves the premises.
Due to this, I will never be able to say one good word about Outsurance. They disregard the community and only care about their precious building and its flawed alarm system.
