I joined the above mentioned insurance last year. Since from then I have been paying my premiums monthly in time and I haven't claimed anything from them. I have been so happy so far from then till these week when I received an email coming from them they have reviewed my policy and they increased my monthly premium with 100%.
Unbelievably service from these guys I wonder how do you review someone policy with 100% increase. You guys have lost an extremely loyal customer and be sure that I will be informing all my friends and family that it is pointless to take your guys policy with premiums going to increase down the line with two times what they are paying.
But credit where it due good customer service from Sthembiso Shelembe although you didn't have power to help me.
