I contacted the RCS Card Centre on 06 May 2013 advising the person I spoke to that I have settled my RCS Card on the 29th May at a Foschini's outlet. However a debit order has gone off my account on the 2nd May 2013, the lady advised that I should email through all relevant documentation as proof of account being settled and proof of debit order that has gone off - which I did. Today 2013/05/16 (10 days later). STILL NOTHING BEING DONE!! I phoned again, and yes AGAIN emaild all the documentation to the RCS - email address. So I called the RCS Card devision again and they eventually told me that one of the administrators will call me back within 3 days. STILL NO REFUND!! Can this PLEASE be sorted out ASAP!!
