Credit Card Settled but still being debited

I settled my credit card with african bank on the 15/04/2013 and sending the relevant documentation on to their credit card devision as well as destroying the card. I assumed no more debits would come off my account. low and behold, on the 01st of May 2013, I was debitted AND again on the 01st of June 2013.
Please may you respond to my emails I have sent. and reimburse me my two payments!!! and CLOSE THE CREDIT CARD, I do not want it anymore
