I reported these transactions to the area: Ditiro Taolo on 8 November when both my debit and credit cards were stopped.

Credit Card: Spoke to Nicol 25/11/2013 10:39AM - she will escalate today and an investigator should contact me today.
20131127 14h30 - phoned 011 2274905 - still on phone at 14h54 - Naeeza -
Veronica Nthabiseng - [Email Removed] - 011 641 6619 - emailed her twice with no response - left a voicemail as well

Debit Card: Spoke to Hussein Gaibee... 25/11/2013 10:50 AM - escalating today - normal turnaround times = 72 working hours = 3 working days - [Email Removed]
Robby (investigator) phoned back - R1588.18 to be refunded in 2-3 days 20131127 - Checked refund is in account

Whilst the debit card transaction has been refunded, I am still waiting for the refund / investigator to contact me. Being the same, why is this taking so long? I just get no joy. it is now the 29th Nov...
