Credit Card Interest Rates

I phoned the call centre to request a review of the interest rate on my credit card, they gave me an email address to send the request to which was an invalid address.

I would like to appy for a revalution of the interest rates on my Credit Card.
I have been a long time customer of FNB and I am receiving more competitive rates elsewhere.

I would like to continue doing business with FNB but I would then require a more competitive rate.
