Desiree Levers from Absa disputes gave am attitude from day one soon after lodging my case with the bank, she made sure that i was never gonna get my money back. after having had been defrauded through the bank, I asked the bank to make a recall of my money of which they gave me a list of conditions that i had to agree on before they could commence a process which Desiree indicated would take them at least 3 weeks.
I had to pay them first and a week later Desiree email me telling that it was unsuccessful and "according to the bank she cant tell me why" i just have to make contact with the and make arrangements with him for the refund, I don't know how is that possible. Am sure she is happy today after telling me that the Bank cant help me. I curse the day i chose to switch to them, I cant trust them with my money anymore,
Had a similar story a while ago while with Standard Bank and they were very helpful and i got my money back without any hustles not with this ABSA thing!
