Cause for concern for foreign clients

Not sure if this has happened to any other client with the bank, the lady listed above has given me an attitude from the very first day she was assigned to deal with my case, she called off my case before it even started. I got defrauded through a Capitec bank account, all i asked ABSA to do was to just reverse the transaction, well according them they told me that they could not but after some days Desiree send to me a list of conditions attached to such a transaction which I couldn't deny in any case.

Now Capitec have informed that in order for them to release the funds I need to make contact with ABSA's department to recover the funds in the account via an indemnity,

So now I don't know who else to help me get this sorted from the ABSA side, from my observation this Desiree woman is either or because i really don't understand why she has called off this before hand.
