Please send your staff for training Std bank

Totally disappointed with std bank.
After my first complaint regarding feedback on my application for Cust assist, I was called in to sign the final documents at Southgate branch which I did on the 19/08/2013 . I was then told that all my accounts will be settled by Std bank within 48 hours. We are now on the 27th and my accounts are still not settled. I have communicated with Desiree via email and telephonically with head office. Desiree keeps telling me that they cannot open an advance account to settle my debt due to an IT problem. Seems to me that they dont know what they are doing. Please assist. I AM AT MY WITS END WITH THESE PEOPLE
