I deposited 3 separate cash deposits of R250 into my mother's account in 2012. Standard Bank claims they cannot find the money. Each time I deposited money, I asked them to verify the account details. They claimed that the details were correct. They have to honour the cash I paid. It is simple. They have the account number. All the IT Dept has to do is a query, and they will find the money. They are computerised. My mother has to be refunded.
