I agree with quite a few clients regarding Early Bird, Mastercare and the inabilitty to cancel a contract and more importantly a debit order. The company no longer responds to mails or phone calls (Pretoria as well as Benoni, apparently their head office according to website) and have moved site and contact details in Pretoria, without notifying customers. I too have been trying for a year to cancel my debit order, they simply do not respond, and it has even been cancelled on my Bank's side, but every month the debit order still goes off, I am at my wits end!!
