Issues with EAP and no response from the bank

I have Tweeted, Facebook Messaged and emailed and since Saturday no one has contacted me to resolve this matter with EAP limits and I leave for Overseas tomorrow.

In Short, my EAP limit was increased last month and the bank reverted it back on 1 May which should not have happened and when I went back into the branch on Saturday the 11th the consultant on duty mentioned she couldn't help me as she just worked there.

It is a poor show when you have forward planning and do everything as you are supposed too and now I am in a position of not being able to pay my accounts past pay day until the new month starts.

The fact that no one has contacted me is absolutely appalling!!
