Shocking service

We tried to cancel our service plan with liquid Capital on 23/03/2013 as we were selling our car. Odette kindly advised us that we would be better off waiting till the car was completely sold, before we send through the forms as it "could cause confusion". 10/04 we sent through the forms. She said David from Cancellations would get in touch. 3 emails and 13 days later before David contacted me. He said we would be paid our refund by that friday and he would confirm the amounts by close of business. That was the last I heard from David. No replies to my emails. I then phoned 7/05 and the consultant told me even though David had said a few days, it does take 21 working days, but she has spoken to the finance dept and they assure her payment will be made by 10/05. It is now 15/05 and still no payment. Called the call center again and they told me the same thing, that it takes 21 days and that it will be paid by this friday. I am so frustrated that it keeps falling on deaf ears, and it has been over a month.
